This panel is part of HumaniTech’s broader theme this year on “Text as Image: Is the Book History?” The aural tradition of the Humanities, running the gamut from ancient classical works to present day podcasting, is only the starting point of a discussion of transformations in media, literature, and history, as they have been shaped by technologies of the time.
