Department Academic Advising
Each quarter, English majors meet with assigned faculty advisors during special advising hours to discuss their academic schedules for the upcoming quarter. With the help of a Degree Audit, Tentaive Course Plan, and an Academic Planning Guide Form, students are able to track their progress in the major towards graduation. Academic Advising is not mandatory. School Academic Advising
The Office of Undergraduate Study provides advice and counseling for humanities majors and for unaffiliated students assigned to its office. The office serves as an information and resource center for academic policies and academic counseling.
