Equipment is available M-F 8am-6pm. Requests for equipment must be made with 48 hours notice. Equipment is available on a "will-call" basis - that is, to be picked up from and delivered back to Humanities AV, HH269.

Lab Request Form

Labs are typically scheduled a quarter in advance in conjunction with scheduling of classes deadlines. They can, however, be scheduled anytime up through the Friday of the preceding week (for example, if you want a lab for Wednesday of Week 5, your request must be submitted by Friday of Week 4). This provides all users with the opportunity to plan their computer lab time around the classroom schedules.

Media Request Form

Media is available M-F 8am-7pm (special arrangments may be made). Requests for media must be made with 24 hours notice. Media is available on a "will-call" basis - that is, to be picked up from and delivered back to Humanities, HH269.
